How Our Laundry Service Works
1. Schedule Your Pickup Choose a day and time that works for you. Your laundry will be collected within the window of your selected time. Simply place your dirty laundry on the porch in a 13-gallon garbage bag before your scheduled pickup.
2. We Do All the Work I’ll sort, wash, dry, and fold your laundry with care, making sure everything is fresh, clean, and neatly organized. All items are returned in clear bags for easy identification.
3. Enjoy Free Contactless Delivery Your freshly folded and neatly bagged laundry will be delivered to your doorstep within 48 hours. Need it sooner? Express options are available!

Standard Service – $35 Minimum $35 per 13-gallon garbage bag with 48-hour turnaround time.

Clean, Safe Environment: I always clean and sanitize between each client. My house is pet-friendly, but pets are not allowed on the folding table to ensure your laundry stays clean and hair-free.

Items that fit in 13-gallon garbage bags

Special Services:
Air drying available for specific items (must be specified)
Scented or unscented products based on your preference

What We Do not Handle:
Dry cleaning items
Ironing services
Items soiled with bodily fluids
Items in containers other than 13-gallon bags
Important Reminders
For Pickup Day:
- Place laundry in 13-gallon garbage bags only
- Put bags on your porch before scheduled pickup time
- Other bag sizes, hampers, or baskets cannot be accepted
We Cannot Clean:
- Items requiring dry cleaning
- Items needing ironing services
- Items soiled with bodily fluids
- Suede shoes or delicate items requiring special care
What Happens Next?
After you submit this form:
- We’ll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your pickup time and discuss any special requests
- Receive pickup confirmation with exact time window
- Your laundry is picked up within your 4-hour scheduled window
- Professional cleaning with quality products and careful attention
- Free contactless delivery within 48 hours (or express timeframe if requested)

Service Area: Proudly serving all of Oldham County and East Jefferson County
Distance Fees: Free within 10 miles, $5 surcharge each way for 11-15 miles, 16+ miles contact for quote
Pricing: 6% sales tax will be added to all services
Payment: Due before delivery via Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, or debit/credit card
